Lorien's leading Public Sector client are looking to add an IT Support Analyst (1st line) to the team on an initial 3 month contract with a possible 3 month extension.
The role is 2x per week on site in either their Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
1st line services supported and included in this role:
* Office 365 application support
* MS Exchange Online support
* Creation of MS Teams accounts
* OneDrive support
* Active Directory (SCOTS) account administration
* BlackBerry, Android and iOS support
* Cloud based technologies support
* Equitrac Secure Printing PIN support
Essential skill set:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience of working with an IT Service Desk or similar ITIL support role
* Experience of incident management and working with relevant ITSM tools.
* Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Office 365 apps.
* Experience of supporting Android and iOS devices
* Experience of supporting Bitlocker encryption
* Experience of Active Directory - Users accounts and Groups
