Description/Key Tasks:
1. Being the main contact for employees requesting support
2. Providing technical support
3. Following company guidelines and procedures when dealing with support requests
4. Maintaining the company’s IT systems, including both hardware and software
5. Setting up new user profiles
6. Processing employee departures
7. Configuring hardware
8. Working within a team to ensure optimal efficiency
9. Keeping notes and staying up to date regarding cybersecurity
10. Providing guidance and advice in regard to using company IT systems
11. Supporting the company and team in broader projects, for example, office moves
12. Reviewing and improving the Proclaim case management system and recommending improvements where necessary
13. Working with various departments to train and upskill both new starters and existing staff
14. Monitoring and reporting back to the Director on any persistent non-compliance
15. Generating and running weekly and monthly reports and stats
16. Providing manual and practical support where needed
17. Assisting with general IT administration and queries, as necessary
18. Dealing with both software and hardware issues, you would be expected to deal with problems in an efficient, organised manner and log details on our support platform as you go.
19. You would also be expected to maintain our systems, including daily check-ups and configuration of both hardware and software.
Skills:
1. Previous experience working with the Proclaim Case Management system desirable
2. Ability to train others in the use of computerised systems
3. An ability to prioritise tasks and deal with urgent tasks as required
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Demonstrable skills in providing IT support and problem-solving
6. Previous experience as an IT Technician, ideally within an office environment
7. Working within Windows OS family environment, including Windows 10 Professional and Windows Server
8. Solving problems with Office 365
9. Printer management and setup
10. Excellent Data Analysis skills
