When you join the team as a Customer Delivery Hub Installer we will train you to deliver and install a wide variety of products to our customers, always with professional courtesy and service. Job Description: At a glance: Role: 7.5T CDH Installer Location: Theale CDH Position: Permanent Partner Salary: £31,213 annually (Equivalent to £14.59, hourly) Hours: 41 per week, working either an AM or PM shift -AM shift available - 6 am to 5 pm working 4 days out of 6 (Monday-Saturday) which means you will enjoy 3 days off each week. The AM shift includes working 3 in 5 Saturdays. -PM shift available - 10.30 am to 9.30 pm working 4 days out of 6 (Monday- Saturday) which means you will enjoy 3 days off each week. The PM shift includes working 2 in 5 Saturdays. Please note when working a Saturday the PM shift hours are 7 am until 6 pm. The PM shift attracts an additional shift premium of 3.1% of the base rate with a potential earning of up to £32,316. annually. Please note: To land this role as a Customer Delivery Driver Installer you’ll need a valid UK C1 Driving Licence with no more than 6 points, a valid DCPC and a valid Tachograph Card. About the role: Whilst in our Customer’s Homes you will carry out wet connections and TV & Audio installations along with the assembly of products. Once fully proficient in the Installer role, you will receive further training and development, to progress to a Technician position. The CDH Technician role includes TV Wall Mounts and Integrated appliances installations with all training taking place at one of our Technical Training Centres. Having completed the training and is qualified as a Technician your pay will increase to £31,768.92, annually. Previous experience driving above 3.5-tonne vehicles. Good communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
