Fire & Security Project Manager We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee UK projects within the fire and security industry. This role involves managing installations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire and security systems, along with a proven ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish. Basic Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum Vehicle / Vehicle Allowance: £525 per month (subject to candidate preference) Additional Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, and more Responsibilities: Oversee the timely and budget-compliant delivery of all projects. Review and manage technical and contractual elements of project files. Develop and monitor work bank forecasts to achieve monthly budget targets. Select and manage subcontract labour, direct resources, and suppliers. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors for planning and execution. Attend site meetings and visit regional offices as required. Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including conducting tool box talks, audits, and reporting accidents or near misses. Ensure Environmental Compliance in relation to waste disposal and returns of transfer notes. Perform additional management duties relevant to your expertise.Requirements: We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality service. Ideal candidates should possess: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Fire & Security Project Management. Proven ability to manage projects, ensuring they meet budget and time expectations. Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems. Excellent commercial awareness and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work well under pressure. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
