Impressive holiday and pension entitlement. · Strong experience processing payroll from end to end · Strong experience with pension administration · Administrating new starter documentation and processing required leaver paperwork · Processing holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments and statutory deductions · Processing P45, P60, P11D · Submitting monthly PAYE and pension contributions on schedule · Provide advice to employees and managers in relation to pay, taxation and national insurance · Ability to perform manual calculations of payments when needed · Support with annual returns to HMRC including Year End processes and procedures · Reconciling payroll reports and monthly journals · Experience in processing payroll via timesheet · Supporting the Head of Finance with ad hoc analysis, reporting and projects · Posting intercompany recharges · Staying up to date with changes in payroll and pension legislation and best practices
