If so, we have the perfect opportunity! My client seeks a dynamic IT Support professional to join the small team and become the go-to guru for the staff and students alike.
Responsibilities
1. Provide first and second-line support, troubleshooting everything from password resets to network glitches.
2. Maintain, update, and monitor our IT systems, ensuring they’re running smoothly and securely.
3. Handle IT administration tasks, including user management, asset tracking, and MIS duties.
4. Create and update IT documentation and help guides, empowering our staff and students.
5. Contribute to IT hardware replacement cycles and assist with project delivery.
The Technical needs:
1. Microsoft client and server operating systems
2. Active Directory & Group Policy
3. Microsoft 365
4. Networking (DHCP, DNS, VLANs)
5. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting:
6. Wireless, web filtering, and antivirus management systems
7. IT infrastructure
8. Software packages/Cloud systems
9. Printers and audio-visual equipment
