The Role of the Procurement Manager
7. This new role of Procurement Manager is to come in and to review and oversee all purchasing and procurement for the business.
8. You will be looking to implement improvements across the procurement function across the UK, manage the supply chain and negotiate national deals / agreements.
9. As an important member of the team, working closely with senior managers and directors, you will be based at the head office.

The Ideal Person for the Procurement Manager
17. You will have enough experience of purchasing, procurement and buying within the construction sector to come in and review the current processes.
18. You could hold a CIPS or be working towards that qualification.
