~ As an Apprenticeship Coach in the Engineering (Electronics Pathway), you will take on a unique and vital role in developing the next generation of engineering professionals. Your primary focus will be on assessing, monitoring, and validating the progress of learners as they work towards their Engineering Diploma. On a daily basis, you'll conduct regular reviews to track learner progress, ensuring they are on the right path while also ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity standards. Your role will be pivotal in guiding and supporting apprentices as they develop their skills and knowledge in the engineering field.
To undertake the “Mapping” of the Diploma Level 2 PEO and Technical Certificate Level 3 and subsequent QCF qualifications where necessary and to ensure currency and validity is satisfied for any audits.
To instruct, monitor, assess/verify and invigilate tests for Vocational qualifications in Engineering at level 2/3 where necessary.
This position involves travel/working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role.

Experienced within an Electronics Engineering environment
Qualifications for the Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics
Cert Ed Level 3 or equivalent Adult Teaching Qualification
Industry related qualifications such as Diplomas, BTECs minimum level 3
