Our Client is looking for a versatile individual who can generate high-quality leads and also contribute to their web development efforts.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our Client's team as a Lead Generation & Web Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, specifically with generating leads for contractors using Google Ads and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies. Additionally, the candidate should have strong web development skills, including building websites, apps, and coding. You will work closely with their sales department to align digital marketing efforts with our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate qualified leads for contractors looking for payroll options, either via umbrella payroll providers or through their own limited companies.
2. Execute and manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales department to ensure lead generation aligns with company sales goals.
4. Design, build, and maintain a professional website and app that effectively converts leads.
5. Provide coding expertise to ensure all technical aspects of the website and digital tools function smoothly.
6. Monitor, analyse, and report on lead generation campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimise results.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and tools for lead generation and digital marketing.
Required Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, Google Ads, and PPC.
2. Strong web development skills, including the ability to build and code websites and apps.
3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
4. Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
5. Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimise lead generation strategies.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the payroll, contractor services, or financial sector.
2. Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools to boost web traffic.
3. Experience in UX/UI design.
4. Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
