About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two well-established care homes in the Wirral area, One 9 bed and one 15 bed. As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both care homes provide the highest standard of care, meeting the individual needs of our residents while leading and inspiring our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the care homes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, CQC guidelines, and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the care teams to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Ensure high standards of care delivery and that residents are treated with dignity and respect.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and operational performance to achieve quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Must have: Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager or in a senior managerial role within a care setting.
A valid CQC registration.
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional care and improving the lives of residents.
The ability to manage multiple locations with excellent organizational skills.
