Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources – EMEA & Asia, £38-42k salary + benefits
Remote working with some site based days in Leicester (You will need to be based within 90 minutes travel of Leicester)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 4:45 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
A unique opportunity to step into a highly valued role, previously held for eight years, supporting the Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA & Asia within a global manufacturing organisation.
This position is available due to retirement and offers the chance to work at a strategic level across multiple international locations.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant you will provide essential support to the VP HR, managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks within Human Resources. Working with stakeholders in the UK, Germany, Italy, China, India, and Vietnam, you will play a key role in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the HR function.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the VP HR with operational process improvements by gathering and analysing data and producing reports for business use.
Updating and maintaining training plans and schedules.
Managing communications, ensuring key actions and updates are proactively shared.
Coordinating and supporting HR-related projects.
