Having established themselves as one of the leading LCV short-term and flexible rental providers, they are entering an exciting transition, revolutionising their offering as they expand into a full Fleet Management solution.
With the remit of providing this to both blue-chip corporate clients and an ever-expanding network of SME businesses means the opportunities to grow and develop here are massive.
Opportunity
* Sales Director
* Southwest London (Hybrid with weekly visits to the office)
* £70,000 - £80,000 salary with £100,000 OTE Plus up to £50,000 Director level bonus, Car Scheme or Car allowance of up to £800 P/M
* 23 days holiday + Bank holidays
With the current Sales Director stepping up into a Managing Director role, you'll have the benefit of plenty of support to get you up to speed on both the business and the strategic vision moving forward.
You'll be tasked with overseeing sales performance across 4 key areas of the business: Franchise Business, B2B Fleet Sales, Connected Fleet Management and Remarketing. You'll be supported by a crack team of individuals who you'll mentor and guide to ensure the business heads in the right direction.

You’ll be doing this:
* Leading the Business Development team to ensure that targets are being met and motivation across the team remains high.
* Managing the P&L of the department working to agreed strategic growth targets.
* Shaping the direction of the business’s Commercial growth strategy.
* Having a direct input on product, customer and all aspects of the company vision.
And you’ll need this:
* Experience in a “Head of” or similar leadership role within a Sales Function with a demonstrable track record of success.
* Experience in the automotive market.
* The ability to operate fast and fluidly. This is a business where you will need to wear many hats and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get involved with what needs your attention. Being someone who is not afraid of plans to change quickly and adapt will be key.
