What you’ll do:
Provide operational support to Client Relationship Managers and Directors to meet qualitative and financial targets.
Carry out unit audits and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and processes.
Oversee the rollout of new programs and initiatives, providing cover for site leads and acting as the first point of contact for issue resolution.
Conduct in-depth financial reviews and develop action plans to optimize results and compliance.
Manage and motivate teams, ensuring engagement and adherence to performance standards.
