Vehicle Progress Administrator Location: Long Bennington, Lincolnshire Shift: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks) We are recruiting Vehicle Progress Administrators on behalf of our client, a leading UK automotive company, for their newly opened site in Long Bennington. This role involves providing administrative support across the site, maintaining systems, liaising with internal departments, and chasing the progress of vehicles through the refurbishment process. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with internal departments via phone, email, and in person to track vehicle progress. Chase updates on refurb turnaround times and ensure all records are accurate. Maintain and update internal systems and databases, producing progress reports as required. Ensure an organised and efficient office environment. Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc office tasks. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in an automotive administrative role or similar position. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and confidence using new systems. Excellent communication and phone etiquette for liaising with internal teams. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with great attention to detail. Must have your own vehicle to be able to get to site.
