Job Description:
Are you passionate about supporting others and leading a team with compassion? We are looking for a Senior Care Worker to join us on night shifts and make a real difference in the lives of those we support.
In this role, you will oversee the care of service users, lead a team of Care Workers, and help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. You’ll work closely with service users to ensure their care plans are followed, assist with medication management, and support staff development.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a relevant SVQ Level 3 qualification, basic computer skills, and a commitment to working within our Christian ethos. You’ll also be expected to be a member of the PVG scheme and be registered with SSSC.
We are looking for someone who values teamwork, accountability, and delivering quality care with integrity and compassion. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
We also offer you a range of benefits that you would expect from an organisation that supports others, including access to exclusive retail and leisure discounts, a generous contributory pension plan, enhanced family-friendly policies, and a health cash plan.
CrossReach has been at the forefront of high-quality social care for over 150 years, providing loving care to people of all ages. We are one of the largest social care providers in Scotland, with experience across a broad range of services.
This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
We are committed to ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop the very best people to build a diverse and talented team. We aim to create an inclusive and inspiring environment where individuals feel valued and respected.
