The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global engineering company. My client is a well-established supplier of HVAC equipment, serving a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Medical, and Pharmaceutical. Key Responsibilities • Verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy of pricing, receipt of goods, and proper documentation. • Maintain and update order systems, including creating and printing order acknowledgments, delivery notes, and invoices. • Ensure accuracy and availability of all shipping and delivery documentation for the Warehouse Manager. • Manage daily updates of sales order and invoice summary documents. • Generate and place supplier orders in coordination with the Technical Manager. • Keep filing systems for supplier correspondence and customer order files organized and up to date. • Promote and sell the company’s products to existing and prospective clients while maintaining strong client relationships. • Prepare and execute quotations and proposals for client inquiries, ensuring they: • Update the enquiry database with relevant client and quotation details. • Inform clients about new product, technical, or operational developments relevant to their needs. • Assist in expanding the company’s social media presence and exploring new marketing opportunities Required Qualifications and Skills A mechanical engineering qualification Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) systems Experience dealing with customers or experienced in a sales-focused environment Proposals/quotation experience would be desirable Strong organisational skills Salary The salary offered for this position is £24,000- £28,000 to candidates who can meet all key qualifications and abilities
