We are looking for a highly motivated and organised booking officer to join our friendly team.
You will provide a full and comprehensive administrative service for the booking of all new and follow up appointments for patients accessing treatment and ambulatory clinic appointments.
Good organisational skills required to manage our booking systems efficiently.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications including English Language Grade A B C.
* NVQ level in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent.
* Previous experience in health care establishment.
Experience
* Proven experience of providing customer focused service.
* Proven experience in an administrative role within the NHS or other healthcare setting.
* Proficient IT skills including keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft packages.
* Proven experience of effective communication including with distressed, anxious or angry individuals and able to escalate where appropriate.
