Key Details:
Role: Teacher of Computer Science
Location: Outstanding secondary school in Colchester
Schedule: 4 days per week, ongoing basis
Pay: £140 - £200 per day, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
Teach Computer Science to KS3 and KS4 students, delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Cover a wide range of digital artistic genres, including Microsoft Office, Specialist Exams, animation, stop motion, podcasting, and Book Creator.
Inspire students to develop their creativity, technical skills, and passion for technology.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a subject-related degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Demonstrates the ability to teach a diverse range of digital content and artistic genres.
Has strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and experience teaching Computer Science in secondary schools.
Is passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on students' learning.
