The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for providing an ongoing and efficient customer focused maintenance support service to all Estate Managers. Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Responding to general emails and messages on behalf of the EMs, keeping communication clear and professional.
Answering incoming calls, assist with enquiries where possible, or take accurate messages.
Handle all day-to-day maintenance tasks, by organising the right support—whether that’s a Caretaker, Facilities Manager, or external contractor.
Log and manage all repair requests through the Fixflo online reporting system
Join EMs on-site visits when needed, providing support and helping to ensure everything is in good order.
Stay in regular contact with contractors to make sure work is being completed on time and to the expected standard.
Keep on top of the Maintenance@ email inbox, dealing with all enquiries efficiently.
Cover the front desk during Customer Service Advisor (CSA) lunch breaks and holidays to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with additional tasks or projects, as directed by the Senior Maintenance Team ManagerQualifications and Skills:
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
A proven track record in customer services.
Experience in, or a desire to work in the property industry.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Good attention to detail.
Organised and able to prioritise a busy workload.
Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders with good client handling skills.
Educated to ‘A’ Level standards or equivalent.Application Process:
