The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This is a really exciting opportunity for a trainee to come in and join the highest performing desk in the business! You will cover the digital analytics space across the UK and Europe, working with incredible organisations such as Lego, Deliveroo, and Tesco.
You will be sourcing contractors for FTC which means the role is at a faster pace than a perm desk, keeping you motivated, busy, and with plenty to get your teeth stuck into. The average earnings per year for the team hit a whopping £110k (2+ years’ experience), with new starters taking home an average of £55k in their first year.
You’ll get incredible support from the in-house training team, with regular catch ups and coaching sessions to continue your growth and development.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
1. Winning new clients through business development
2. Meeting with clients, learning about their values etc., understanding their hiring requirements, and building rapport
3. Sourcing contractors through headhunting on LinkedIn and building up your book
4. Consistently organising work for your contractors so they are always in employment
5. Managing interview processes from interviewing new candidates to scheduling meetings and passing on feedback
6. Advising your client and candidate base on salary benchmarking, market conditions, and market trends
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
1. Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
2. Experience working in a client facing role
3. Financial drive
4. Desire to progress quickly in a career
5. Confidence speaking with a range of individuals
6. Excellent problem solving skills
