This opportunity is to ensure effective and smooth operations within Domis Plant. This involves coordination of daily activities, liaising with multiple departments and efficient administration.
REPORTING TO: Plant Coordinator
ROLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure that all relevant documentation, such as delivery and collection notes, safety certificates, and purchase orders, are completed accurately
* General hire contract administration
* Assisting with stock checks
* Supplying customers with copy documents and certificates
* Processing supplier purchase orders
* Assisting the accounts department with hire contract queries
* Recording and updating cross hire information
* Damage Reports (inform site / process PO & charge)
* Process GRN's
* Process Labour, Workshop and Transport charges
* Organise credit card receipts and charges
* Book Compliance Checks (LOLER etc. & plant service schedules)
* Send Weekly Live Hire Reports
* Assist in logging and maintaining fleet records (Drivers hours / Taco's / vehicle inspections / MOT’s /Services)
