The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a telesales/customer service environment and have the determination to create and identify new business opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that can offer you a pathway for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making calls (B2B) to new clients to identify new business opportunities.
* Create sales leads through prospecting, booked appointments, and event registration.
* Assisting Account Managers by writing clear reports of appointments booked.
* Maintaining the contact database (CRM) and keeping details up to date.
* Attend trade shows and partner events.
* Be part of Vendor and Partner Campaigns.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous telesales (B2B) experience required.
* Prior experience using a CRM and other office applications.
* Strong problem-solving, organization, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
* Demonstrated ownership, initiative, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Preferred experience in an outbound call center or order desk environment.
* Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable.
* Self-starter, conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic.

* Monday to Friday.
* Uncapped Commission (£25,000 - £40,000+ OTE).
