Although the beautifully appointed and well established service is not a nursing home, they are looking for a Nurse to support clients and colleagues based on their clinical knowledge and experience, so would be on a Monday-Friday 9-5 basis.
This is a varied role with ability to support colleagues with training and mentoring, as well as the ability to provide hands on care, as required
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of care.
• Support tenants with personal goals and daily living skills.
• Develop person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Maintain effective communication with external agencies, tenants, and their support network.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Adult Social Care and Health, CCGs, etc.
Based in Chorlton/Whalley Range, this role is paying IRO £38k per annum, and will be Monday-Friday with some on call duties.
