Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum
Our client, a leading firm in Professional Services/Consultancy, is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to join their team. They specialise in delivering employee benefits/pension schemes, and their commitment to excellence has positioned them as a trusted partner in the professional services sector.
Experience/Qualifications:
* Ideally, candidates possess 3 years of experience in a communications role.
* Demonstrated proficiency in effective communication, project-level planning, and execution.
* Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organizational skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
* Confident and adaptable communicator across various channels, with a proactive attitude toward change and a keen eye for identifying and implementing improvements.
* Maintains professionalism, discretion, and prioritizes confidentiality.
* Experience in a professional services environment would be ideal but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of the Internal Communications strategy across the company.
* Develop and curate content tailored for internal channels, reflecting the company’s story and primary objectives.
* Enhance functionality and management of internal media platforms and newsletters.
* Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure consistent delivery of the company’s narrative and key business priorities.
* Proactively gather, assess, and respond to feedback from colleagues and partners to continually enhance communication channels.
