A leading automation manufacturing company located in London is seeking an IT Support to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Install IT workstations through software distribution, covering PC systems, laptops, operating systems, and company-specific software.
* Offer basic-level support and management for network infrastructure.
* Manage and provide support for IT equipment and phones used by all staff.
* Oversee IT infrastructure and security across the organisation
* Manage Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10 / 11, and Office365, with 3rd line escalation when necessary.
* Provide support for issues related to various Microsoft components.
* Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and support for all IT issues.
* Undertake IT supplier-related activities, including procurement.
* Contribute to various IT projects, including the development of the company intranet and implementation of new systems.
* Handle ordering and inventory control, including but not limited to IT and phone equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
