An established and forward-thinking local organisation with a reputation for excellent service is experiencing significant growth and looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent relationship building skills from a sales/account management or credit control background to join their team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Credit Control / Collections Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business customers, with key duties including working with the wider finance team to ensure correct amounts are charged, proactively contacting customers to ensure payments, managing outstanding payments including providing solutions, maintaining excellent customer care and escalating customer accounts where appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
My client is keen to hear from candidates with a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships and is open-minded whether this is from a credit control / recoveries or account management/sales background. Excellentmunication skills both via email and particularly via phone will be essential. Strong administration, analytical and organisational skills will be key.
What you'll get in return
£24000 - £30000 (dependent on experience) + significant bonus scheme (OTE £40000)
