Due to expansion, our award-winning, Newark based client is looking to appoint a driven, enthusiastic and hardworking Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales team on a full time, permanent basis.
THE ROLE
The successful Internal Sales Executive will work with an established customer portfolio to convert a large quantity of warm leads and enquiries. Key responsibilities will include;
1. Utilising an established CRM system to follow up leads
2. Developing a sound understanding of a wide rage of technology and software solutions (training and support provided)
3. Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects
4. Proactively follow up a sales pipeline to gain a return on investment from marketing activities and a prospect (lapsed) database
5. Taking and making calls to warm prospects and existing customers
6. Delivering sales against set range of realistic KPI’s
