Field Service Engineer – Romford – Permanent

We are a global coffee brand with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining our Costa Express equipment and ensuring that our customers enjoy their coffee.
You will be responsible for diagnosing faults to repair or replace the equipment, communicating issues through escalation points, and providing first-class customer service to our partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role. You should also be an efficiency expert ready to keep our equipment operating effectively and a people person who can stay calm under pressure.
