Job Description
We are looking for somebody to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract to assist with the operational elements that tie our business together, including managing our accounts, paying suppliers, reconciling invoices and payments, submitting reports for travel compliance, systems expertise, and assisting the senior leadership of the Division with other non-sales – including (but not limited to) functions within finance, legal, HR, IT and marketing.
Duties will include but are not limited too:
* Settling and reconciling all third party statements from suppliers, making urgent payments, managing flow of cash from Bank Account, chasing commissions.
* Working alongside Compliance Team and Finance Team to ensure relevant reporting for legal bodies is delivered (eg. ATOL).
* Working with Senior Management & Compliance to provide reporting and information for company insurance.
* Assisting the team and troubleshooting financial issues.
* Ensuring that all of the offices are running smoothly by working alongside property, IT and TTD Leadership.
* Making sure that logistics are handled – any bills, relevant development etc, and crucially, ensuring that all of our offices have relevant set up for trading.
* Handling all in-office IT, ensuring that all consultants have working hardware both in and out of the office (ie. Workstations, landlines, laptops, mobile phones, stationary etc).
* New Starter Setup, creating and managing a checklist and timeline for all new starters, liasing with mentors, to ensure that the process of onboarding and starting with TTD is as smooth as possible.
* Taking ownership of necessary contracts and compliance around bookings.
* Acting as a point of liason with Legal team to ensure we have up to date and relevant contracts with suppliers.
* Working alongside Senior Leadership in regards to operational issues to obtain resolution.
* Holding team accountable for obtaining correct documentation from customers alongside bookings.
Qualifications
* Experience of working within an administrative role - essential
* Experience of working within the Travel Industry - desired
* Desire to immerse yourself into the role and commit to its demands
* Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people inside and outside of ACS
* Enjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environment
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Strong numeracy skills
* An organised & disciplined attitude towards managing workload

This is a 6month Fixed Term Contract - £30,000 pro rata
* Immediate start
* 22days annual leave (pro rata)
* 37.5 hours per week - 0900 - 1730
