Offices based: Walton-On-Thames, Surrey

Salary up to: £35,000
Hybrid Role: After training, you will be able to work 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9am-5.30pm, early finish at 4.30pm on a Friday. No weekends.

The Role
As a Customer Complaints Specialist, you will have a passion for people, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a 5-star experience for our customers.
You will be responsible for taking ownership of complex complaints from customers who have reached out to the CEO or the Motor Ombudsman, utilizing your active listening, relationship-building skills, and ability to investigate and resolve issues.
You will join a successful team known for high-quality service. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. Resilience is key, as you will be addressing challenging cases with positivity and professionalism.
