Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Orthodontic Specialist Sales Representative, ideally with an existing network in the Orthodontic field, to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will maintain our existing customer base in Scotland while driving nationwide growth of our orthodontic specialist customer base. The role is flexible regarding location in the UK, with travel to Scotland at least twice per month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Scotland, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Sales Growth: Identify and engage potential orthodontic specialists across the UK to expand market presence.
3. Territory Management: Develop and execute sales strategies for Scotland and other key regions to meet sales targets.
4. Product Promotion: Educate dental professionals on Clear Correct products via presentations, demos, and training.
5. Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitors, and feedback to identify growth opportunities.
6. Collaboration: Work with marketing and support teams for effective communication and service.
7. Reporting: Provide sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Qualifications
1. Proven sales experience in the dental or orthodontic industry, preferably with clear aligners.
2. Strong understanding of the UK dental market; existing relationships with orthodontic specialists are a plus.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Willingness to travel, especially to Scotland twice a month.
6. Valid UK driving license.
