ROLE: Marketing & Design Assistant
LOCATION: Skegness office and home-working with regular travel to the firm's network of offices
SALARY: £24,000 p/a
HOURS: 09:00am-17:15pm, Monday - Friday

ROLE:
We are looking for a Marketing & Design Assistant, who would enjoy a fast–paced, varied role, working simultaneously across multiple projects with the Head of Marketing.
The role will include:
* Assisting with the design of promotional and presentation assets for digital and print use;
* Publishing pre-approved content onto the firm's websites, social media channels and online directories;
* Monitoring the firm's online reviews and rankings;
* Helping to organise networking and business development events;
* Managing the marketing stockroom and responding to internal requests for materials;
* Making regular visits to the firm's offices to ensure their client-facing areas are meeting Sills & Betteridge branding and client experience expectations;
* Liaising with the firm's charitable partners and responding to external requests for corporate support;
* Undertaking other tasks as and when required.
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Professional graphic design skills and knowledge of different design packages;
* Good knowledge of MS Office;
* Strong communication and administration skills;
* Ability to show initiative and establish positive working relationships with colleagues and external parties;
* A full UK driving licence and access to own transport as travel is a key part of the role.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
Interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams. There will be two related tests to complete prior to the second interview.
