Role: Repairs Coordinator – Insurance Reinstatement
Reports to: General Manager – Insurance department
Location: London City
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm – 40 hours (5 days in office)

In this office based role you will be the front line in delivering work instructions, supporting engineers and clients as well as managing task alarms and job materials. You will collaborate closely with our contracts managers and surveyors to return homes to their original state after perils such as fire, flood, subsidence and accidents. As a strong team player with a great telephone manner you will deliver consistently excellent property care by offering timely solutions and a customer-first attitude. What you’re responsible for:
Service Delivery – you will be the start point for all work instructions and ensure these are handled and delivered in line with client specific SLAs / KPIs. To ensure task alarms are completed on a daily and any shortfall identified quickly.
Sales – you will support the team in achieving sales by ensuring all orders are pro-actively actioned and chased through to completion. You will have prior experience working to and achieving targets.
Project Management – you will manage the directly employed and service partner labour teams in terms of general queries but also logistically to ensure their maximum productivity.
Health & Safety – you will actively promote safe working in both the office and to the field-based engineers. Requirements:
Good knowledge of insurance reinstatement or domestic repairs.
Excellent customer service and service delivery in a similar role.
Ability to converse with clients; understand their needs and fulfil their requirements in a timely fashion.
Effective problem solving & organisational skills.
Strong sense of team work and great communication skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
Must have good IT skills.Benefits:
