Are you an experienced Administrator who has worked within the Construction and Engineering industry? I am currently recruiting for an office administrator, to help support a busy office for a business within construction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Day to day life as an Office Administrator - Answering telephone calls and queries – directing calls to the relevant departments. Maintaining filing and storage systems within the office. Assisting the transport manager. Reception duties. Maintaining and monitoring office stock; ordering extra supplies when necessary. General administrative tasks and supporting the team with projects when needed. Requirements to work as an Office Administrator – Proven Office Administration experience within Construction OR Engineering is ESSENTIAL. Strong attention to detail. Confident communication skills, both via email and over the phone. Ability to work well independently as well as within a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to use office software, including Microsoft packages. Extra information for the Office Administrator position – Monday – Friday Flexible Hours £24,000 - £25,000 salary, dependent on experience. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
