ACR Recruitment and Training are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our team in Coventry. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, conducting Right to Work (RTW) checks, and supporting the recruitment team. Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and assess candidates for various roles
Conduct RTW and compliance checks, ensuring all documentation is in order
Maintain and update a database of potential candidates
Provide feedback and updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
Conduct reference and DBS checks where required
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing (agency or in-house)
Strong communication and assessment skills
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment databases
Experience with RTW, DBS, and reference checks is an advantage
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Up to 16 hours per week, flexible over 2-4 days)
Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour (dependent on age and experience)
