Our client is a family run business based in Hoddesdon and they seek an enthusiastic, driven, hard- working, flexible candidate to join their team. The role is a full-time temporary - permanent position working from 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday, offering a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
Working within a small office, the successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of administration and customer service duties. Candidates must be flexible and adaptable and work well within a small team. The role is primarily focuses on figures, tracking price changes and raising quotations etc., so attention to detail and grasp of maths important.
Duties:
* Tracking price changes
* Customer Service
* Sales order Processing
* Raising quotations
* Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
* Allocating jobs to engineers
* Ordering goods and parts
* Using internal CRM system on a daily basis
* Update spreadsheets
* Typing e-mails and correspondence
Skills/Experience
* Admin support experience required
* Good grasp of Maths important
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexible and adaptable
* Ability to move items within the warehouse
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience of using a CRM system beneficial
