Job Title: Property Solicitor Location: Chester Position: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience The Opportunity: A reputable law firm with a structured and experienced team is seeking a dedicated Property Solicitor to join their Chester office. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property matters. Provide expert legal advice on property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and mortgages. Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigation and drafting contracts. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions. Prepare and submit documents to the Land Registry and other relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. Assist in business development initiatives and client relationship management. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in property law. Strong experience in managing residential and commercial property transactions (preferred, but not essential). Excellent knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
