This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across multiple areas of construction, including document control, health & safety, site support, pre-construction, community and environmental initiatives, aftercare & maintenance, and project management support. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support to project teams throughout all phases of construction.
* Oversee and manage document control, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility.
* Assist with health & safety processes and site compliance.
* Support pre-construction activities, including scheduling, planning, and liaising with stakeholders.
* Facilitate community and environmental commitments across projects.
* Assist with aftercare and maintenance coordination to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Experience in project coordination, site administration, or document control within construction.
* Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Knowledge of health & safety processes and project workflows.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
