Office Co-Ordinator/Property Manager

Our client is looking for a super friendly and organised Office Co-ordinator / Property Manager and can multitask a variety of duties across the small portfolio.
Day to day?
1. Provide PA support to Director by managing schedules, appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
2. Take all inbound calls for the company
3. Greet any foot traffic that comes into the branch
4. Manage the referencing process from deal agreement, ensuring all required documents are collected from tenants.
5. Send terms of business to landlords, gather necessary documents, arrange EPCs, safety certificates, check for landlord license requirements and conduct AML checks.
6. Draft tenancy agreements and ensure final balances are paid before issuing agreements via Docusign.
7. Coordinate key collections, inventories, inspections, and maintain property compliance with certifications (EPCs, gas, electrical, etc.).
