About the role: This position focuses on onboarding and training new clients, ensuring optimal use of the Geomiq platform, and nurturing growth potential. It combines aspects of sales, account management, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. You'll also act as the customer's advocate within the organization. Main responsibilities: Run tailored customer demos and training sessions to maximise our customer’s platform usage & adoption Record compelling video training topics to send to compliment customer training sessions Be involved in customer lifecycle emails to keep customers informed of product enhancements Identify customers that have growth potential, identify these growth opportunities and hand these companies to our account managers to expand Be responsible for a selection of maintenance accounts and provide a great experience to these customers to protect the revenue Become a platform expert through exceptional product and market knowledge Communicate with internal stakeholders such as Account Managers, Account Executives, Customer Success Act as the main point of contact between your accounts and internal teams feeding in the voice of the customer. Negotiate contracts and payment terms with accounts. Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or 1 to 3 years' of sales experience Proven track record in managing and building client relationships or account management. Sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry or a related sector. Hands-on experience conducting customer demos or training sessions to showcase product benefits. Strong communication skills via phone and email Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. General tech-savviness, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly.
