Job Description As a HR Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the on boarding of all new colleagues into the business, ensuring we deliver exceptional colleague experience whilst maintaining our business integrity and ensuring regulatory standards are satisfied. As a HR Onboarding Coordinator, we are looking for someone to: Compile, conduct and monitor background checks for all new starters prior to the start date, using our Vetting partner Experian, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Interpret reports and ensure follow up actions are completed to a high standard, mitigating the company from potential risk.
