The successful candidate will manage SEND across the school. Your job will include working with staff, parents, and external partners to ensure SEND children are getting a high-quality education, progressing socially and academically.
You will also be leading and managing our Glade team – two adults who support our most complex ASD children in a separate provision. We have 4 full-time children in this provision as well as a number of others who access it at specific times.
You will have the opportunity to work with our Assistant Head for Inclusion, who has her National SENCO award, and is part of the Leadership Team who recently won the Buckinghamshire Primary Leadership Team of the Year award.
