About Our Client
My client is a leading professional services firm.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the HR team to manage recruitment processes for experienced and graduate roles
* Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, recruitment suppliers, and the internal Recruitment Manager
* Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring the appropriate testing approaches are applied
* Obtain and consolidate feedback and test results, while invigilating testing environments
* Organise and lead candidate introduction days and feedback sessions
* Review and screen CVs to ensure candidates meet our minimum requirements
* Use the internal recruitment system to manage open roles, monitor candidate pipelines, assign competency scorecards, and track hiring progress
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Skills:
* A strong academic record is essential, including a minimum 2:1 degree in an academic discipline, and A-Level results at AAB or equivalent
* Relevant recruitment administration experience, ideally within a corporate environment
* Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
* Collaborative and confident, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
