This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Welder Fabricator to become a Trainer and join a collaborative and dynamic team delivering Welding and Fabrication at a unique training facility in Chatham. Your role: Deliver training to Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Complete a full teacher training qualification within the first three years of contract commencement (a full teacher training package will be provided) Additional experience to support your role as a Welder Fabricator Trainer: Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Welding / Fabrication– City & Guilds Advanced Craft Fabricating experience– Welding (MMA Mig and Tig) training roles– Formal or informal teaching An enthusiastic and committed individual with strong communication skills, a passion for training others and prepared to extend your own skills and knowledge.
