While the official title for internal purposes will be Customer Support Specialist, this is an essential role in delivering exceptional service, managing customer accounts, and driving operational success.
In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll manage customer communications through various channels, including phone calls, live chat, emails, and WhatsApp, and you'll ensure a seamless experience for clients, from resolving issues to processing orders and ensuring smooth deliveries.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing customer communications: Responding to customer queries via phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Order management: Raising orders, processing invoices, and resolving delivery issues, such as damages or missed deliveries.
Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and the best possible customer experience.
Account management: Maintaining accurate system updates, tracking customer activity, and overseeing key processes related to customer accounts.
