This role is about connecting the dots -sourcing and managing partnerships that are authentic, culturally relevant, and community-first. You will handle inbound opportunities, scout new collaborations, and execute partnerships that make an impact. What You'll Do: Sourcing & Securing Partnerships - Identify and pursue collaborations that align with Wingstop UK's brand values and audience interests. Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, artists, managers, creators, and industry partners. Inbound & Outbound Opportunities - Manage inbound partnership requests while proactively seeking and pitching strategic opportunities. Experiential & Event Collaborations - Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and experiential marketing initiatives. Creative & Strategic Execution - Ensure every partnership is strategically sound, creatively strong, and culturally relevant. Contracting & Negotiation - Draft, negotiate, and manage agreements to ensure fair and clear deliverables. Cross-Functional Work - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to seamlessly execute partnership initiatives. Trends & Market Insights - Stay ahead of emerging trends in brand partnerships, experiential marketing, and cultural movements. Results & Reporting - Measure the success of partnerships and provide insights to optimise future collaborations. Observing & Pitching - Proactively scouting and pitching new opportunities that fit our brand. Networking & Relationship Management - Meeting with potential partners, attending events, and maintaining a strong industry presence. Managing Partnerships - Handling existing collaborations, ensuring smooth execution, and maximising their impact. Creative Brainstorming - Developing innovative ideas for partnerships, activations, and co-branded experiences. Project Management - Overseeing the execution of partnerships, from initial discussions to final delivery. Reporting & Analysis - Tracking partnership success, gathering insights, and refining the approach. What We're Looking For: 3-5 years' experience in brand partnerships, marketing, or business development, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or music. Strong industry connections - A proven network within music, culture, media, and entertainment that you can leverage. Creative & strategic mindset - The ability to identify, pitch, and execute partnerships that align with brand goals. Experiential & event expertise - Knowledge of event production, activations, and experiential marketing. Commercial acumen - Ability to negotiate contracts and structure win-win partnerships. Relationship-driven - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine, long-term partnerships. Knowledge of the UK cultural landscape - Deep understanding of youth culture, music, food, and lifestyle trends.
