The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for a specific geographical area, focusing on meeting and exceeding individual sales targets. This role is crucial to the growth of our client's sales team and requires a self-motivated and driven individual. The Regional Sales Manager will establish and nurture client relationships, understand market dynamics, and effectively position their products to maximise sales revenue. Key Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager:
* Attend sales appointments booked by the Internal Telesales Team, ensuring products meet customer demands while maximising the sales opportunity
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings and the competitive landscape
* Create self-generated leads for potential appointments and a pipeline for future business opportunities
* Work with the Sales Support and Installs teams to ensure sales are processed to completion
* Conduct necessary market research to meet and exceed customer demands
* Work within the UK field sales team, offering advice and support to peers as appropriate

* An experienced sales professional, ideally with telecoms experience, and a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with potential clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
