Site Manager Enniskillen Construction Our client a leading construction company in the North-West known for its excellence in commercial, residential, and industrial projects. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Ensure compliance with building codes, H&S regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process. Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and other relevant records. Lead the project team in identifying challenges and developing effective strategies to mitigate risks. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager.
