Teesside Mind is looking for a Wellbeing Practitioner to join their team in Redcar and Cleveland. The Wellbeing Practitioner will provide emotional and practical support to clients with mental health needs, deliver group sessions, and work collaboratively to ensure recovery and inclusion. This role involves 1:1 support, creating an environment for recovery, maintaining confidentiality, encouraging client participation in activities, and supporting peer activities. Additionally, the practitioner will manage caseloads efficiently, maintain records, provide information to clients and external services, and contribute to business planning and evaluation. Training, partnership working, and awareness sessions are also key responsibilities. The closing date for applications is 25 July 2024 - 11:45pm.
