Alexander Daniels are working with a fast growing company who are looking for an accounts assistant to join their team. We are seeking an Accounts Assistant who will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations. This is a permanent, office based position which will offer stability alongside the chance to grow your accounting skills within an established team. You'll be responsible for: Checking and importing site bookwork data into head office software system Supplier payments / queries Requesting statement Copy invoice Raise Sales invoices - Monthly Raise client statements Dealing with client PO data / systems Nominal journals Review current ISO procedures and update where necessary Write new ISO process / procedures as and when required Work with the Finance Manager to improve the efficiencies of the accounts department operations and work processes. Support the Operations Team in dealing with queries as required Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required Ability to effectively forward information to 3rd party providers, a small group or on an individual basis, as well as to other members of staff in the company The ability to achieve objectives, work under pressure and to tight deadlines On offer is a salary up to £27,000
